Do you accept insurance?
No. We do not bill insurance. Instead, patients pay directly to their membership. This allows us to keep costs transparent and provide care without the limitations of insurance.
Can I still use my insurance?
Yes. While we don’t bill insurance, you can still use your insurance for:
Labwork
Medications
Imaging Studies
Specialist visits and hospital care
What if I need labs?
We can order labs as needed. You may use your insurance at the facility or we can help you find affordable cash pay optons.
How do I communicate with my physician?
Members have secure access to their physician through the portal.

How do I pay for my membership?
Memberships are paid upfront for the 3 months prior to your 1st visit. After that, payments continue monthly. We accept credit card, Zelle or Venmo for payment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be cancelled with written notice within 30 days.
